We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
Exchange Policy
- Sale or discounted items cannot be returned.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video as proof.
- After verification, the item will be exchanged for the same product.
Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds on sale or discounted items.
- If a customer chooses a refund instead of an exchange for an eligible issue, only 50% of the product amount will be refunded.
- The remaining amount covers non-refundable operational expenses, including shipping, packaging, handling, and payment processing costs already incurred.
Conditions
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Requests made after the stated time or for used/damaged products caused after delivery will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
