Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Exchange Policy

  • Sale or discounted items cannot be returned.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video as proof.
  • After verification, the item will be exchanged for the same product.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds on sale or discounted items.
  • If a customer chooses a refund instead of an exchange for an eligible issue, only 50% of the product amount will be refunded.
  • The remaining amount covers non-refundable operational expenses, including shipping, packaging, handling, and payment processing costs already incurred.

Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Requests made after the stated time or for used/damaged products caused after delivery will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
